As required by the Title I program this page details gradation requirements and other important information for Academy students. Graduation requirements change starting in the 2009-2010 school year for all entering freshmen. Guilford County Schools requires all students to earn twenty-eight credits to graduate from high school. The seven extra credits are elective credits and covered at the Academy partly with CTE classes and partly with time at GTCC. Students at GTCC earn dual college and high school credit as long as they are enrolled at the Academy. The North Carolina graduation requirements are presented below:

Academy News:

The Academy over the next few weeks will roll out its 1:1 laptop program. All students will have access to netbooks in every class. We are excited at this opportunity!
